Shipping policy
Free insured shipping on every U.S. order
Every Icon Diamonds order ships free of charge within the United States and is fully insured for its full value until it is delivered and signed for. There is no minimum order value and no handling fee.
Processing time
- Loose certified diamonds and in-stock fine jewelry: 1–2 business days
- Engagement rings and made-to-order settings: 7–10 business days — each setting is produced to order with the diamond you selected
- Ring sizing before shipment: add 2–3 business days
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time begin processing on the next business day. We process and ship Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Transit time
2–5 business days after processing is complete.
- In-stock items: typically delivered within 3–7 business days of your order
- Made-to-order engagement rings: typically delivered within 9–15 business days of your order
Shipping cost
Free on all orders shipped within the United States, at every order value. Insurance and adult-signature delivery are included at no extra cost.
Signature on delivery
Because of the value of what we ship, every parcel requires an adult signature. Packages cannot be released without a signature or left unattended. For the same reason we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or package-forwarding services, which cannot be insured.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves us you receive an email with the tracking number. For security, the shipping label does not identify the contents of the parcel.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier it cannot be redirected. If you notice a mistake, email us within 2 hours of placing the order and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost, stolen or damaged in transit
Your order is insured door to door. If it arrives damaged, or if tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim and replace or refund your order in full.
