Rolex

Rolex builds a small number of model families and refines them over decades, which is why two watches that look alike at a glance can sit thousands of dollars apart. The distance is in the configuration, not in the name.

Shop by reference number rather than by model. “Datejust 41” is a family; 126334 is one specific combination of case size, bezel, bracelet and dial. Every listing here carries the reference, the case diameter, the metal, the bezel and the dial — the five things that set the price.

The vocabulary is Rolex’s own and each term is a real difference: Oyster is a three-link bracelet and Jubilee a five-link one; a fluted bezel is white gold and a smooth bezel is steel; Oystersteel, Rolesor and solid gold are three different cases. None of it is decoration.

Before committing, read the individual listing for its condition, what is included with it and what guarantee applies — those details belong to each watch, not to the category.
