Buying a diamond online should feel as clear and as personal as buying one across a counter. Here is exactly how we work — and what you can hold us to.
Every diamond we sell is certified
More than 3,000 loose diamonds are listed on this site, and every single one carries an independent grading report from GIA, IGI or HRD. We do not list uncertified goods, and the report number is shown on the product page so you can verify it directly with the laboratory before you buy.
Natural and lab-grown stones are always labelled as such, never mixed and never implied. You will find both, priced honestly against each other.
You see the actual stone
Diamonds are not interchangeable, so we do not show you a stock photo of a shape. Where the supplier provides it, each stone has real photography and a 360° viewer you can rotate and zoom — the same tool a dealer uses on a loupe, at your own pace, at home.
Your ring is made after you choose
Pick the diamond first, then the setting — or start from the setting and choose the stone that belongs in it. Each setting is produced to order in the metal and size you selected, with the diamond you picked, and takes 7 to 10 business days before it ships.
