Refund policy

30-day returns, free and fully insured

Choosing a diamond online is a decision you should be able to change your mind about. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, and return shipping is on us: we send you a prepaid, insured return label.

What you can return

• Loose certified diamonds
• Engagement rings, wedding bands and fine jewelry
• Orders placed with a promotional code, including first-order discounts

Condition

Items must come back unworn and undamaged, in their original packaging, together with the original grading report (GIA, IGI or HRD) and all documentation supplied with the order. If the grading report is missing, the cost of issuing a replacement report is deducted from the refund.

What we cannot accept

• Engraved items and pieces made to your own custom design, unless they arrive damaged or defective
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that show wear, or that have been resized, altered or repaired by a third party

How to start a return

1. Email info@icondiamonds.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid, insured return label and instructions.
3. Pack the item in its original box, attach the label and hand the parcel to the carrier. Please do not write “jewelry” or “diamond” anywhere on the outside of the package.

Returns sent back without a return authorization are not insured by us and we cannot be responsible for them.

Refunds

Your return is inspected within 3 business days of arrival. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method for the full amount you paid, including any shipping you were charged. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it takes a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

If a return is declined because it does not meet the conditions above, we contact you first and ship the item back to you free of charge.

Exchanges

If you would like a different diamond, a different setting or a different ring size, email us and we will arrange the exchange: the return label is free and we ship the replacement free and insured. Any price difference is charged or refunded accordingly.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We replace the item or refund it in full, including all shipping costs. Manufacturing defects are handled outside the 30-day window — write to us and we will look at it.
